About Me
I am a New York-based licensed clinical psychologist specializing in individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My approach integrates insight-oriented work (psychodynamic psychotherapy) with evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I believe the fit between client and therapist is the strongest predictor of success in therapy, which is why I prioritize building a warm, collaborative partnership from the beginning.
I obtained my doctoral degree from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University in the Combined School-Clinical Child Psychology Program. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including New York City schools, college counseling centers, day treatment programs, community based mental health clinics, outpatient hospital settings, and inpatient hospitals.
